Returns


All sales online and in store are final, and are not returnable nor refundable.

We only accept credit cards issued by major US Banks. We may ask for additional information about the credit card and card holder for security reasons. A 4% convenience fee will be added for credit card payments.

We only honor an exchange for the same item (if it is available) only when there is a manufacture quality issue.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The exchange will only be honored within 7 days from the date of the purchase. 

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective from manufacture. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at CustomerService@tianyinmusic.com to ask a Return Authorization Number, and then together with it send your item to: Tian Yin Music, 388 Galley Hill Rd., Cuddebackville NY 12729, United States.

Shipping


To return your product for exchange, you should mail your product to: Tian Yin Music, 388 Galley Hill Rd., Cuddebackville NY 12729, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
